Sanni Day Residential is not hiring at this time, but we welcome interest from caring, dependable people who want to support girls ages 7 to 17 in a structured, home-like setting in Gastonia, NC. If you’re patient, steady, and want real purpose in your work, we’d like to hear from you. When we do hire, these are the roles we typically fill:
Direct Care Staff: Full-time and part-time shifts
Overnight Awake Staff: Overnight shifts

What We Look For
Every team member helps make this a safe, steady home for the girls in our care. We look for people who are:
Patient, dependable, and calm under pressure
Committed to respectful, trauma-informed care
Able to pass a background check and required screenings
At least 21 years old with a high school diploma or GED
At least one year of relevant experience
Current in CPR and First Aid, or willing to get certified
Holding a valid driver’s license (Direct Care Staff)
