Our Team

Working together for every girl

Every girl in our care is supported by a team that works together around the clock. Here is what each member of our team does.

Director: Leads the home and is the first point of contact for referral sources, families, and care teams. The Director oversees daily operations, staffing, licensing, and quality of care, and makes sure each girl’s services are delivered safely and respectfully.

Qualified Professional (QP): Develops and oversees each girl’s individualized service plan, coordinates with her therapist, family, and care team, and guides and supports the staff who carry out the plan every day.

Associate Professional (AP): Works under the direction of the QP to carry out service plan goals, support skill building and daily structure, document progress, and help coordinate activities and appointments.

Direct Care Staff: Provide the day-to-day support at the heart of our home, including supervision, meals, routines, homework help, life skills, and a steady, caring presence. Awake staff are on duty overnight.
