We provide around-the-clock supervision and daily support in a structured, home-like environment. Trained staff, including awake staff overnight, help each girl feel safe, engaged, and supported throughout her day.
Behavior Support & Skill Building
We implement individualized behavior support plans and coach girls toward positive, lasting skills. Our team uses evidence-based strategies to manage behaviors, build self-regulation, and support growth toward independence.
Education & School Coordination
We coordinate with schools, IEP teams, and teachers to support each girl’s academic progress. Our staff helps with homework, school routines, and communication between the home and educational team.
Daily Living Skills
We prepare girls for life beyond the group home, one practical skill at a time. Staff teach everyday skills such as self-care, laundry, cooking simple meals, managing time and money, and using community resources safely.
Family & Team Collaboration
We work closely with families, care coordinators, and Child and Family Teams (CFTs) to align the home environment with each girl’s ISP goals. Regular communication and collaboration keep everyone informed and engaged.
